RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Our Commitment
We create limited-edition wearable art with meticulous craftsmanship. Each piece is designed to be treasured. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
Your item must meet all of the following conditions:
✓ Unworn and unwashed
✓ Security loop intact
✓ Complete with original packaging
✓ Undamaged
Exchange and Refunds
EXCHANGE
- Exchange for a different size or style of equal or greater value
- One exchange per order
- Free of cost for all eligible exchanges
REFUNDS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Receive refunds as store credit. Cash refunds are processed for fulfilment errors, such as items that were shipped incorrectly, damaged, or missing on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Return Process
Step 1: Request
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp
Step 2: Free Pickup
We'll arrange free pickup within 24-48 hours (subject to pincode serviceability)
Step 3: Quality Check
Your item undergoes inspection at our facility (2-3 business days)
Step 4: Resolution
Store credit issued or exchange shipped within 7-10 working days from quality approval
Pickup
- Two pickup attempts will be made by our logistics partner
- If pickup is unsuccessful, you'll need to ship the item to our warehouse address (we'll provide details and tracking instructions)
- Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area, pincode
- For non-serviceable areas, we'll share our warehouse address for you to ship the return
Quality Inspection
All returns and exchanges undergo inspection at our facility to ensure product integrity. Our quality check findings are final.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We'll provide a replacement or full refund with no deductions for verified:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrectly shipped items
- Missing items
Please note: Minor variations in color, texture, or print placement are inherent to our artisanal wearable art and do not constitute defects.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Customized or made-to-measure products
❌ Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Important Terms
- Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Return/exchange requests will only be accepted once per order
- Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- We reserve the right to reject requests if eligibility conditions are not met
- Repeated quality check failures may result in account restrictions

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production. In such cases, you can return the product after delivery as per this policy.

Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
